Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 working day to process your order if it’s an in-stock item. Expect an email within 2-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Whilst most items are held in-stock and we endeavour to have these with you in little time, some that are not in-stock but are on order will be marked as ‘PREORDER’, awaiting our delivery of that product and may take slightly longer to be processed. Some products may be marked in their description as ‘Made to Order’, these are instances where a product of ours will have to be manufactured and may be shipped directly from our supplier to reduce the time it spends travelling to your address. Sometimes this can take up to 10 working days to reach you, with very uncommon occurrences of our supplier being at peak capacity, it may be up to 15 working days.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders of in-stock products are generally shipped within 2 working days using our shipping provider EVRI on 2-4 day delivery. Flat rate shipping fee of £2.99 applies to orders shipping to addresses in the UK on orders under £50. Shipping rates to countries outside the UK may vary depending on location, please see at checkout.

Orders over £50 will have free standard shipping included at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NotStockUK is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and restocking fee for the return.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at notstockuk@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
